1. General
Hollow Hearts is an independ
ent apparel brand based in Henderson, Nevada, United States. These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, customers, and users of this website.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Products & Pre-Orders
Some items sold on this site are offered as pre-orders. By placing a pre-order, you understand and agree that:
•Your order will not ship immediately. Estimated production and shipping timelines are listed on each product page.
•Production timelines are estimates and may be subject to change. We will communicate any significant delays via email.
•Your payment is collected at the time of purchase to fund production.
•Pre-order items are produced in limited quantities. Once a run is sold out, it may not be restocked.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.
We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available through our checkout. By submitting an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
4. Order Confirmation & Cancellations
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. Please review your order details carefully — including size, shipping address, and item selection — as we may not be able to make changes once an order enters production.
If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact us at contact@hollow-hearts.com as soon as possible. Cancellations are only accepted before an order has entered production. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded except in cases of defect or error on our part.
5. Shipping
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses, carrier issues, or circumstances outside our control. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details on shipping timelines and carriers.
6. Returns & Refunds
Pre-order items are final sale. Due to their made-to-order nature, we do not accept returns or exchanges on pre-order purchases except in cases of defect, damage, or an error on our part.
In-stock items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
In all cases, if you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at contact@hollow-hearts.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will resolve it through a replacement or store credit.

7. Intellectual Property
All artwork, character designs, branding, logos, and creative content on this site — including the character Amaya Kurohana and all associated imagery — are the exclusive intellectual property of Hollow Hearts. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content from this site is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Hollow Hearts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or the purchase of our products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
