Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Pre-order items have extended timelines. Estimated production and shipping dates are listed on each product page. You will receive an email notification when your pre-order ships.


Shipping Carriers & Delivery Times

We ship via USPS. Shipping speed and cost are determined by the option you select at checkout. Available options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout based on your location.
Hollow Hearts ships worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination and the shipping method selected. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.


International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country upon delivery. These charges are outside our control and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office if you have questions about potential charges.
Hollow Hearts is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your USPS tracking number. You can track your package directly at usps.com.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. If the issue is unresolved, contact us at contact@hollow-hearts.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Hollow Hearts is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to carrier error, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or circumstances outside our control. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
